Belfast's tallest building demanded lighting to match its ambition. Across 23 floors and 300 guest rooms, we specified a complete lighting package - from the dramatic double-height reception to intimate bedroom schemes. A significant proportion was bespoke, manufactured to our specification by partners across Europe.
Working alongside architects RPP and M&E contractor Michael Nugent Ltd, we delivered a 'transitional' lighting scheme that bridges classic elegance and contemporary design. The £53 million project required precise coordination and delivery - on time and on budget.
